If you are not completely satisfied with our product and wish to initiate a return, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7-10 days upon receipt of the item. In order for an item to be eligible for return, it must be in new and working condition and include original packaging and boxes, all related parts, accessories and manuals. For any returns, customer is responsible for all shipping cost charges. Refunds will only be given when we receive the item back in new and working condition. All shipping charges will not be refundable. A 25% re-stocking will apply for all returns.
Delivery will be F.O.B. point of shipment. Unless otherwise directed by Purchaser, GoPetClub.com will pre-pay the freight and bill Purchaser for shipping and handling charges. Purchaser assumes all risk of loss during delivery of the Products by GoPetClub.com to the carrier.
Shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be in addition to prices listed on the website.
We do not accept P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. We do not ship international.
All items will be shipped within 2 working days after payment is received excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Method: All orders or replacement parts will be ship GROUND SERVICE ONLY (either UPS or Fedex), tracking number(s) will be emailed to the customer as soon as we ship. Customer will be responsible for all expedite shipping cost.
Our preferred method of payment will be PAYPAL, Visa or MasterCard. Go Pet Club reserves the right to adjust prices at its discretion with proper notice to Purchaser. We also accept MONEY ORDER or CASHIER CHECK. NO PERSONAL CHECK WILL BE ACCEPTED.
